This Privacy Policy describes how Groovyn Fusion LLC (“Groovyn Fusion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Scriptonite application and related services (the “Service”).

We collect information you provide and information collected automatically, including:

  • Account details (name, email, credentials).
  • User Content (prompts, business info, uploaded content).
  • Usage analytics (app interactions, feature usage).
  • Device data (device identifiers, browser type, OS).
  • Payment data (handled by Stripe).
  • Preferences and settings.

2. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and tracking.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service.
  • Process payments.
  • Improve features and performance.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. We may share data with service providers to operate the Service, including:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • PostHog (analytics)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Neon (database)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Cloudflare (security and performance)

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain analytics data for 6 months. You can request account deletion through the platform. Inactive subscriptions result in data deletion and account termination after 90 days.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures. Passwords are hashed and stored securely. Data is stored in Neon.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can update or delete your account through the platform. We do not currently claim compliance with GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, but may do so in the future.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
